For example, a Law Firm wants us to Direct Connect callers “Looking to Hire an Attorney”, and calls from a “Judge’s Office”. A remodeling contractor might want us to only Direct Connect callers “wishing to obtain an estimate or bid”. For Non Urgent callers we can send a Text Message to your mobile phone, e-mail, fax or record the message on our voice mail system for your later retrieval.
